The 12th Littoral Logistics Battalion (LLB-12) "Rough Riders" is a logistics unit of the United States Marine Corps assigned to the 3rd Marine Logistics Group and aligned with the 12th Marine Littoral Regiment under III Marine Expeditionary Force. Its mission is to provide direct combat service support—including transportation, supply, maintenance, and engineering—tailored to enable the 12th Marine Littoral Regiment’s distributed littoral operations in contested maritime environments. The Rough Riders are based at Camp Hansen on Okinawa, Japan, supporting U.S. and allied forces throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
