All Eyes Right Apparel products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your purchase, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for non‑defective items.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Fit, style, or color preference
Failure to follow sizing guidance or product page notes
Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind
Due to the made‑to‑order nature of our products, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To request a replacement, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for verified defects unless a replacement cannot be fulfilled.
Items reported after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for replacement.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible.
Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture are normal in on‑demand production and are not considered defects.

Return Your Item
Ship your item to the return address listed on your invoice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Eyes Right Apparel is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your request is completed.
