Return Policy

At Eyes Right Apparel, every product is custom made just for you. Because we don’t hold inventory or resell returned items, we are unable to accept general returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—quickly and hassle-free.

Please read the guidelines below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Defective or Misprinted Items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect—such as a misprint, embroidery error, or print quality issue—please email us at eyesrightapp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include a clear photo and brief description of the problem.

    We’ll gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

    Note: Issues reported more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in the same condition as received - clean, unused, and undamaged without signs of wear.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. This fee helps us cover production and processing costs for made-to-order items. Please note that we do not offer refunds for products shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Due to the unique nature of military and diplomatic mail, we are unable to guarantee delivery timelines or condition upon arrival. All sales shipped to these addresses are considered final. We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

  • Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We offer one-time size exchanges on most apparel items (excluding leggings, neck gaiters, and other non-returnable products—see below).

    Exchange Requirements:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

    • No stains, odors, pet hairs, rips, or signs of wear

    • You must request the exchange within 30 days of delivery

    Shipping:

    • Customers cover the cost of shipping the original item back to us

    • We cover the shipping of the replacement item

    • Be sure to use the size chart on each product page before ordering to reduce the need for exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Health and Hygiene Products: We do not accept returns for swimwear, leggings or any face coverings, such as neck gaiters and bandanas, due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items: Items identified as Final Sale are non-refundable.

International Orders: At this time, all international sales and orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are final. Due to the complexities of international and military mail delivery, we are unable to guarantee arrival or condition and cannot offer refunds or replacements for these orders.

Return Process

  1. Email Us First
    Send a message to eyesrightapp@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photo if applicable. This helps us track and resolve your return quickly.

  2. Return Your Item
    Ship your item to the return address listed on your invoice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Eyes Right Apparel is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your request is completed.
