We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues or defects with your order, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Defective or Misprinted Items: If you notice any defects in the embroidery or misprints, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will replace or refund any item with a manufacturing defect.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in the same condition as received - clean, unused, and undamaged without signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Health and Hygiene Products: We do not accept returns for leggings or any face coverings, such as neck gaiters and bandanas, due to health and hygiene reasons.
  • Final Sale Items: Items identified as Final Sale are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Wrong Size: If you ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges for clothing items as long as they are free of stains, dirt, rips, odors, cuts, etc. Please refer to the size chart on the item page before making your purchase to ensure you select the correct size.

Return Process

  2. Authorization: Obtain a return authorization from customer service. Returns without authorization may not be processed.

  3. Return Shipping: Use the return address provided on your invoice. Ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • Processing Time: Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection.
  • Notification: You will be notified via email once your return is processed.
