Returns & Exchanges Made‑to‑Order Policy — Please Read Before Ordering

All Eyes Right Apparel products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your purchase, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for non‑defective items.

Non‑Returnable / Non‑Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Fit, style, or color preference
  • Failure to follow sizing guidance or product page notes
  • Buyer's remorse or changes of mind

Due to the made‑to‑order nature of our products, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. To request a replacement, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for verified defects unless a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

Important Information

  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for replacement.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible.
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture are normal in on‑demand production and are not considered defects.

Return Process

  1. Email Us First — Send a message to support@eyesrightapparel.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photo if applicable. This helps us track and resolve your return quickly.
  2. Return Your Item — Ship your item to the return address listed on your invoice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Eyes Right Apparel is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your request is completed.
