The 7th Communication Battalion is a tactical communications unit of the United States Marine Corps responsible for providing command, control, communications, and computer systems in support of Marine Air-Ground Task Force operations. Subordinate to the I Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, the battalion is headquartered at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, California. Its mission includes establishing secure voice, data, and network communications in austere and expeditionary environments. The battalion has supported numerous exercises and real-world operations, ensuring reliable communications for deployed Marine forces worldwide.
