Battleforce was 3rd Battalion, 327th Infantry Regiment. Originally established in 1917, the battalion has participated in battles and conflicts throughout history during WW2, Operation Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. In 2005 3/327th was deactivated as part of the US Army's transformation.
