This customer placed an order and apparently submitted the wrong address. During the 4 days that it took to process his order he did not send any correspondence to update his address. It wasn't until the order had already shipped that he sent a dm about the wrong address (didn't mention correct address). At that point the package was on the way and there's nothing we can do about it. The package was delivered to the address he provided at the time of the order. Now he's taken to different platforms to leave negative reviews over a mistake he made.
